Fan Works and Merchandise Policy

We at Nix Hydra know how much you, our fans, love our stories, and enjoy creating your own artwork inspired by our games. We are often asked what is OK and what is not OK to create, share, sell, reproduce, etc., so we have this policy to help guide you. We do not restrict fan use of our artwork entirely, but ask that you follow this when it comes to using our artwork and brand.

  • We LOVE original fan art and fiction (as defined below). We encourage you to keep creating original work for the whole community to enjoy.

  • Making and selling limited, hand-made fan merchandise and/or fan interactive media inspired by our games (“products”) is mostly acceptable, and does not require written permission from us. However, we do not permit mass-produced or mass-distributable products (unless you have our written consent).

  • If your products conform to the above policy, then we need you to make it clear that your products are not official Nix Hydra Games, Inc. products, and are not authorized by us. • Creating ‘clean copies’ of in-game assets with personal watermarks attached is considered unauthorized redistribution, and is therefore against this policy.
